Chanthal and Hooman - MARRIED!

Chanthal and Hooman
Traditional Cambodian Wedding
July 3 2010

Chanthal and Hooman started the day at the crack of dawn as they prepared for their Cambodian ceremony.

They gathered with mainly family to celebrate this very festive occasion. The ceremony included traditional Cambodian musicians, singers and food. They even had a dress-maker, who prepared the bride by custom fitting her wedding garb right before our very eyes! She was also adorned with jewels and a tiara to complete the royal treatment. The dress-maker then proceeded to dress all of the groomsmen. This was followed by a parade and then a very colorful ceremony.

Proceeding the Cambodian ceremony was a more traditional wedding reception, where both the Bride and Groom changed into their formal wedding gown and tuxedo. It was a beautiful, lively occasion with vibrant color and emotion.

Chanthal and Hooman radiated happiness as they embraced their special day. They were gracious and wonderful to work with.

And, of course, photos from the day.
